Explanation

When CaRP attempted to load the feed you requested, the server hosting it gave CaRP a different URL to load it from. When CaRP attempted to load it from that URL, it again was sent to another URL. This was repeated too many times, so CaRP gave up.

Causes and Solutions

The feed has been redirected too many times: Find the actual URL from which the feed can be loaded and use it with CaRP.
You have set the maxredir configuration setting too low, or the default (10) is too low for this feed. Increase the maxredir setting. (If getting to the actual feed URL requires more than 10 redirects, you should probably use the solution listed above--find the URL of the actual feed--or at least find a URL that's closer to the end of the chain!)
